Bible Studies and Learning

Continuous study of the Bible and books on Christianity are an important part of life at First Presbyterian. Several opportunities are offered each year for education, led by our pastor or church members and enriched by the idea-sharing and interaction of those attending. Come join the discussions!

Let’s Talk About It

This is a discussion group focused on finding God in the midst of conflict. We meet for a light dinner beginning at 6:30 in the Harrington Parlor and hold a discussion panel on relevant topics beginning at 7pm. All are welcome.

Let’s Pray About It

This is an online Bible study we offer from time to time as a way to connect with our Christian friends on a daily basis. Our first Let’s Pray About It group begins Aug. 1st and runs for 5 weeks. You may join the group by downloading the First 5 app on your smartphone and enter the code c99b to join this group. Our current study is “How Then Can We be Friends?” This study examines how we overcome issues that hinder our relationships by looking at the book of Philippians. To learn more contact the church office at 561-746-5161 ext. 105.

Adult Sunday School is held each Sunday morning at 9 a.m. in Harrington Parlor. Led by Ken Sloan, this class reads and discusses books on Christian topics.
