Palm Beach County Food Project
The Missions and Evangelism committee would like to engage the congregation in a new way for our members to do some hands on work to help reduce hunger in our community.
The Palm Beach County Food Project provides an easy way for us to directly serve others. We would like to invite you all to participate in this bi-monthly effort.
New bags were handed out on Sunday, October 10th and are due back on Sunday, December 5th. If you have any questions, please call the church office and leave a message for Fred Cone. Thank you!

Christian Education – New Curriculum
You are invited!
We are very delighted to offer a brand new curriculum starting August 22nd for everyone in our church. We are beginning a study entitled “Follow Me: Biblical Practices for Faithful Living.” The curriculum is in 4-week units that allow each member of the family to study the same topics geared toward their age, so families can apply those topics in daily life throughout the week.
Our current Christian Education opportunities are as follows:
Adult Sunday School, led by Ken Sloan, meets every Sunday morning at 9 a.m. in the Harrington Parlor and on Zoom. Study materials will be provided for all participants. For more information or to sign up, please email the church office at email@example.com.
Children’s Sunday School meets every Sunday morning during the worship hour, following the Children’s Sermon in the sanctuary. Crystal Botha leads the children’s Sunday School; however, we would love to have more volunteers to assist during Sunday school with leading the children of our church in their faith journey. Please contact Crystal at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Middle & High School Youth Group, led by Shannon Sloan Trevino, meets every Sunday evening at the church. Youth Group is from 5 – 7 p.m. and starts with dinner provided by the parents, then we have Bible study, outdoor activities, and fellowship. Volunteers are always welcome! In addition to the weekly youth group meetings, we also offer several opportunities for missional work and seasonal events. Please contact Shannon at email@example.com for more information.
If you have been away for the summer, or away from church for a season, we want to welcome you back! Our church is open and we will never cease to praise the God who offers us grace and shows us how to love through the example of following Jesus. If you have any questions about our upcoming classes, please contact Crystal Botha, Director of Family Ministries, Sunday – Thursday in the church office at 561-746-5161 ext. 105 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We hope to see you soon and frequently. Together, we are the hands and feet of Christ in a world that desperately needs God’s love. Let us be a people who practice faithful living through actively studying and living out God’s will in our lives.
We have many events that happen every week. Please see our Calendar for these events under the What’s Happening tab above.
